I've had a bad day! Sorry to share this with you but I have to get it off my chest. To take a phone call from the people that should have been looking after Sam and getting her back to work and telling them they failed in doing so was incredibly hard. They stopped Sam from going back to work and could have prevented this. Sam thrived on seeing people and to keep her from working with the people she loved between March 2021 and January 2022 is totally unacceptable. I have gone through the emails and letters sent between the relevant authorities and I have become extremely angry at times. Sam was very passionate about her work and was desperate to get back there and was extremely frustrated that she couldn't, so I know I am fulfilling her wishes in pursuing this. I only want an apology from them and to know that they can't do this to another person or people. This has destroyed my life, our hopes and dreams are shattered. Empty is a word that springs to mind. I can only move forward knowing I am helping others by doing the canoe trip across Scotland so please support me with this. I know they couldn't save Sam that night but your donations can save someone else.
